Tender Notice for Development of Rhymes/Songs and Games on DRM for Children

Specific Objective
b” Developing three (3) rhymes/songs in national language (Urdu) on three leading hazards
b” Developing three (3) games on DRM for children on three (3) leading hazards

Scope of Work
b” Identify three (3) leading themes/ hazards in consultation with PRP team on which the rhymes/ songs and games will be developed
b” Identify the key messages/ safety tips for each type of hazard to be delivered through rhymes/ songs and games
b” Finalize key messages/ safety tips for each hazard in consultation with PRP
b” Review online resources available disaster preparedness rhymes, songs and games and share creative ideas with PRP team.
b” Develop and share script/ poetry of rhymes, songs in Urdu. The script must be easy and interesting for children.
b” Generate and share creative ideas of games with PRP team
b” Finalize poetry of rhymes, songs and ideas of games in consultation with PRP team.
b” Produce three (3) different rhymed poems on the finalized script/ poetry.
b” Produce and pre-test and finalize three (3) rhymes/ songs in national language carrying safety tips on the identified hazards.
b” Produce, pre-test and finalize three (3) interesting games with key messages on preparedness and response along with game rules (if required).
b” Formal launch of the rhymes/ songs and games

Deliverables

a. Submission of work breakdown schedule with timelines.
b. Identification of three (3) leading hazards in consultation with PRP team.
c. Development and finalization of key messages/ safety tips for each identified hazard in consultation with PRP team.
d. Finalization of poetry for rhymes and songs and layout of games in consultation with PRP team
e. Initial submission/ demonstration of rhymes, songs and games before the PRP team
f. Adjustments in rhymes, songs and games as per PRP team instructions
g. Submission of full package of three (3) rhymes, songs and three (3) games.
